Our work requires a significant investment of time and energy. Every job we accept represents a significant opportunity cost. Every cancellation means that we are unable to help someone else who truly requires our services.
We offer a 100% refund policy on any service up to 24 hours prior to delivery. If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of delivery, we only offer a 50% refund.
After delivery, we also offer a 50% refund for any purchases. We would rather work with you to refine a report than to cancel it outright. Ultimately, we are here to help you with your life journey.
